What We Do
What I Need (W.I.N.) believes every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow, succeed, and thrive. We meet students where they are—in their schools, communities, and daily struggles—with empathy and care. Guided by their voices, we create inclusive, meaningful programs that respond to real needs. By listening deeply, validating their experiences, and taking action together, we help youth feel empowered to shape their own future.
